I had previously bought my true size 5.5 and returned bc it was small and tight. I went up to a size 6 and it fits tight and maybe slightly bigger from the width. The toe box is definitely longer and looks odd too long for a shoe. The shoes are very pretty. I returned them ..

These Sarto leopard kitten heels are a must have! The heel is very comfortable, and the style is unique and eye catching, making a statement all on its own. I would definitely buy them again in different colors. I wear a size 11, and they were slightly loose on me, but not enough to size down. Overall, a beautiful and stylish shoe with great quality!

loooong toe box
Oh my gosh, these are so cute and comfy but… I echo what some of the other reviewers have said… the toe box is sooo long. That’s just not a look that works for me, so I’ll be returning them.
