Bow Trim Satin Slide

I’m extremely disappointed with my Nordstrom Rack Order #1062438715. The shoes I received clearly appeared to have been previously worn and arrived dirty. Receiving worn and soiled shoes is not only unacceptable, but also raises serious health and hygiene concerns, including possible exposure to bacteria, fungus, and other contaminants from previous use. The packaging was also awful. The shoes were not placed in a shoe box or even a protective bag—they were simply thrown loose inside the shipping box. For a retailer like Nordstrom Rack, I expected much better quality control, cleanliness, sanitation, and care when packaging customer orders.
