Awesome Boots
Love the style, quality and fit of these boots. The foot drop is low to the ground, making it easy to walk in. They are very comfortable, with geat support. I also love the edgyness they bring to my outfits. So glad I bought them.

Received A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT STYLE!
Received shoe that I did not order.
Completely different style.
Worse - the ordered shoe (which is pictured) is 'leather' - the shoe I received is SYNTHETIC (all man-made materials).
If you do not have the style ordered, SEND AN EMAIL notifying same and you are refunding money - WHY ARE YOU SENDING ME A COMPLETLEY DIFFERENT SHOE (come on 'Rack', really!)
Will return immediately
Wanted the shoe pictured and WHAT I ORDERED.
WILL NOT DO ANY FURTHER business WITH THIS GROUP/VENDOR MOVING FORWARD.

Red pointy booties
I’ve been wanting red booties and usually have good results with Franco Sarto. I ordered them for store pickup. They fit well with the low heel and a slight platform. The leather looked and felt like plastic. The back zipper was not installed well and the overall appearance was subpar. Disappointed, I returned them on the spot.
