Sale Price is not all that it appears
Ordered two pairs and they fit differently. Also, bought them on sale and then was charged for alterations (the pants require hems - so have to get them tailored) which eliminated much of the savings from the sale which had they been purchased at full price would have been complimentary. Felt like Nordstrom pulled a bait and switch and frankly am not happy about it.

New smaller sizing for Anniversary sale?
I’m not sure what’s going on with the sizing of these pants but how can a person currently wear a size 38 in these exact pants (dry cleaned only) buy new sizes in the entire color run and need a 42? I guess I’m just bothered by the inconsistency. Otherwise these are lovely pants and I’ll be reordering them in the new size. It would be really nice to avoid the hassle of returns if this sizing issue could be addressed. Order big!

Beautiful fabric, flattering silhouette. I had to size up two sizes and have the seat taken in a bit. A 33 was the perfect fit waist and seat wise but my calves cause some bunching. This trousers are a more traditional fit with a higher waist. Honestly, they are the most comfortable pair of trousers I own
