Nice Sneaker, Horrendous Packaging
The sneakers are fine. I gather at times shopping through the rack instead of Nordstrom you don’t receive the actual shoebox, the shoe bags or the warranty card that comes with any Santoni shoes.
The box they arrived in was banged up. Didn’t appear that it was sealed properly. The shoes were just in the box loose. Not wrapped in anything so they also didn’t look great as they were stacked on top of each other.
Maybe I am just use to how Nordstrom sends things in the mail but if how the shoes were sent by the Rack is any indication I’m probably better off not purchasing from them.
