I found these to fit true. I’m normally a size 4 (or 26/27 waist) in pants. I bought the Small and they fit perfectly!

ALERT! Color white Mislabeled!
I purchased a white and black pant both in size large. I also purchased the mossy green in a size medium. I'm 5'9" and 142#. The medium mossy green fit perfect. The large black was, well, too big for me.
However, THE WHITE HAD to be mislabeled both inside and on the tag. I would guess it was an XX-Small.
If this is the case for all white pants (considering the low price), Nordstrom should ask for a refund from Sanctuary.

They run so small
These pants are very cute and I love the mossy green color. The fabric feels good, style is excellent and I was so excited to try them on. I ordered my normal size, which I admit is getting a little snug on me. However unlike the three other pants from different brands in the same size, I was probably 6 inches from being able to even button these up. I don't know if the pair I got were mismarked, but they were MORE than a size too small! Crushed as they were very cute and seemed good quality.
