Perfect Shoe!
I don't tolerate heels well due to a bunion, but this is a great shoe. The back strap is adjustable, and the heel is just right. It runs slightly large (I am usually a 7.5 size) but the 8 fits perfectly. If you find it's challenging to find a comfortable heel that looks great, try this one!

I had my eye on the shoe for such a long time and finally found it in my size, and I was so excited. Traded on in store and it seemed fine but the second I put them on for work and actually walked in them. I was in immediate pain. Easily the most uncomfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. The strap does not stay on no matter how tight I make it and the tow box is so uncomfortable. It has rubbed my pinky toes raw and under an hour. Immediate return.
