Vienna Pointed Toe Pump (Women)

I really wanted to love these heels because the design is beautiful and they look great on. Unfortunately, the quality just doesn’t match the appearance. After very minimal wear, they developed a noticeable squeaking sound when walking, which is both distracting and a bit embarrassing in quieter settings. For a product at this price point, I expected better construction and durability. The fit is decent and they’re relatively comfortable for short periods, but the noise issue makes them impractical for regular use. Overall, I’d say these are more style over substance. If you’re planning to wear them for a quick event where you won’t be walking much, they might work—but I wouldn’t recommend them for everyday wear.

I've always loved the Sam Edelman pumps, and have consistently bought the Vienna and Hazel over and over. Sadly, the quality has gone downhill in the past couple years, with peeling happening almost instantly. It's more noticable in the lighter shades, but I've had my two most recent pairs peel after the first couple wearings just around the office. I haven't seen this quality issue with their loafers, so I hope to continue buying those, but for heels, sadly, I'm switching brands.
