Great product find uncovers poor staff.
Mis-sized and the staff know nothing on how to fix it. I doubt we bought them because of this.

This boot is very comfortable. Warm. It does run a little heavy, but I’m not running a marathon wearing them. Good tread on the bottom for snowy days. True to size. I wear a size 9 and that’s what I bought. Happy with my purchase.

Very unhappy with this purchase, I wasn’t allowed to return it because I bought them on sale. They look great in a picture, but the gray part of the shoe is really like a sock, Which I wouldn’t mind that much If it wasn’t for the sole, that’s really bulky and heavy. So the shoes doesn’t present nicely on feet and is very uncomfortable to wear as it’s keep coming off my feet
