Pretty and true to size
I'm typically a size 10 but I have one other pair of Sam Edelman shoes, also a pair of black leather flats. Those are 10.5 and fit tightly, so I sized up to 10.5 for these as well. I should've gone with 10s because these run truer to size than that other pair. Other than that, they seem promising! Very supple leather, flexible but still structured enough to look classy. My only concern is that they also felt quite wide and I have a slightly narrow foot. But that's good news for ladies with a wider foot; definitely give these a try.
Also, I was really pleased by how nicely they were packaged. All the usual stuffing but also each shoe came in one of those little fabric bags, and there was a little booklet too. Nothing earth-shattering, but I really appreciate nice packaging and it makes the whole shopping experience feel more luxurious instead of just a painful drain on the bank account.

Love these flats
Very few shoes come in 10.5. They usually go from 10 to 11 and I have to put an invisible no show sock to fit in 11. These are so,soft and comfortable and love how they come up higher. They fit my 10.5 foot perfectly. Bought them in silver, wish they had a gold. Going back to get another in a different color

Size down a half size in these. I normally wear a 9M and sometimes a 9.5M. After reading reviews ordered the 8.5. The 8.5 fit like a 9M. If you have a high vamp, they are a little tight. If your foot is simply wide without the high vamp, these are going to work for you as well. I'm sure the vamp will stretch over time as the leather is very soft. The toe box is cut long, and they show zero toe cleavage which I love. I hated the ornamentation on the bow string so I removed that, but others may love the uniqueness of that detail. I wish they were available in the nude and burgundy, but the black will wear nicely.
