needs improvement on plastic parts....
I was so excited to see this product to save my back from breaking while mopping. The problem is though, because it has plastic parts, it breaks and then cannot be used. Would love to give an EXCELLENT RATING wnen I receive NEW PRODUCT as told to me by Bren.

Easy to use
Easy to use and covers several rooms. I like the fact I don’t have to use multiple wet cloths to clean my home floors.
