54mm Elongated Sunglasses

I purchased the black YSL’s that were supposed to have the black logo on the side. I received them today and I got brown with the silver YSL logo. I came to the website to double check and the reviews show that they had the same problem with their orders. You would think once this has been complained about one time that fulfillment would change how they’re doing things or check on what’s going on before they would continue to send out the wrong ones over and over to customers. I really need plain black ones and loved these and I’m not sure if I should try to re-order and see if I get the right ones this time or if I should just give up? It seems someone has tried to do this and they still got the wrong ones the second time.. why isn’t there a better quality control with Nordstrom? I’m continually having online order issues and it’s getting so old. I’m a longtime customer and I’m getting tired of the issues. Nordstrom is providing with no effort to improve. Do better Nordstrom!

I had ordered the Havana Grey frames with the gold logo but received the all black frames with the black logo. Now that I want to go back and order the brown frames again, it is out of stock. I called the Nordstrom rack, customer service line and they stated that I needed to return the item that was sent to me incorrectly in order to get the refund And so I am really upset to see that I can no longer purchase this item. This is not the first time Nordstrom rack has made a mistake with my orders. I have even been sent items with the security tag still attached. It’s really starting to make me question if I should be even shopping online with this company any longer. I wasn’t even sent a case for this item. The sticker on the outside of the packaging says Havana Grey, which was the brown ones that I had ordered. I’m not quite sure how Black frames ended up being sent to me.
