wrong color sent
I ordered the tortoise color with the gold logo and i got sent all black with black logo. Very upsetting. they’re not checking their orders when shipping items out. This is not the first time it happens. Very disappointed with their customer poor service.

Received wrong color
I purchased the brown color with the YSL’s that were supposed to have the gold logo on the side. I received them today and I got black with the black YSL logo.
I came to the website to double check and the reviews show that they had the same problem with their orders. You would think once this has been complained about one time that fulfillment would change how they’re doing things or check on what’s going on before they would continue to send out the wrong ones over and over to customers.
Maybe I should swap my blacks ones with the person that left a review that she got the brown ones. Lol.
