Is zero stars an option?

The item I ordered versus the item I received was not even close to what I ordered. Not the color, style, fabric or price! I ordered a long orange multi color kimono and received a black velvet short cape. What I ordered cost $125 what I received cost 80 or less . I will never order online again from Nordstrom rack. BEWARE!!!
