The leather is stiff and will need to be worn in before wearing for work. As a Flight attendant they are cute but not wear out of the box type of shoe.

So sad that Nordstrom Rack is sending out used items. These shoes are not even just a little used. They are broke in. Did call customer Service and will send back without having to pay the $10.00 shipping.
