flimsy
This is a piece of fabric with a piece of elastic at the top. That’s it. The elastic isn’t even encased or sewn down so it doesnt roll inside out. The fabric is nice and lightweight but to be it’s unwearable unless your are willing to do some seamstress work. Or you don’t mind the (nonmatching) elastic turning inside out and showing.
