Cheap Plastic Fasteners

I ordered online and was so excited to get this, but when I saw it in person, I was gutted. What I was sent has cheap, plastic-covered magnets for buttons that are not even the same color as the sweater. The photos online show metal snaps, which leaves me wondering: did I get a knockoff or something? The plastic completely ruins the look. For a sweater that was supposed to be $215 (and even at the Nordstrom Rack price), I had higher expectations.
