Never received!
The delivery service was shoddy and bogus. They kept indicating 'out for delivery' and then 'attempt-not safe to release'. but they actually never came. After numerous complaints they sent the item back to the store who refunded me the price of the shoes but not the shipping. which seems very unfair as the non=receipt of the delivery was not my fault. I was totally bummed out and disappointed in Nordstroms solution to this problem.

Hoped for more
I really love the look of these as you can dress them up or down! Heel height is great, but extremely painful to stand in at base of toes as the plastic cuts into your skin. I sized correctly it’s just the plastic piece is too big for bottom portion and not a lot of weight is on the heels. I ALWAYS get a good experience from this brands shoes so with these you get what you pay for. Wore them once and couldn’t wear them again. But very cute
