Flutter Waist Dress

This brand is hit and miss for me. Lots of weird fit issues and clothes are often scratchy. This dress is “ok” This print is super cute but the material does not feel high quality it feels paper thin and the dress is really not special enough to warrant the price. Overall the skirt is a bit long for a mini dress and this is definitely a M in my opinion not a S/M. I feel like if you were a true small you would find this oversized. On the fence about keeping. It would be a definitely recommend at a lower price.
