Hilo Waterproof Weekend Bag

I bought this Rains bag expecting a high-quality and durable product, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I’ve been using Rains products for three years, and I trusted the brand for its design and durability. However, I’ve only used this bag three times, and it’s already coming apart at the seams, as shown in the attached photo. For a brand that markets itself as producing sturdy and well-designed products, this is unacceptable. The material looks good, but the craftsmanship is lacking. I didn’t expect a bag with such little use to show structural issues so quickly. If you’re considering buying one, I’d recommend thinking twice—the durability doesn’t seem to match the price.
