Fit well and it is pretty
I bought this because I liked it, it looked elegant, and it was in my price range. I am 138-140 pounds and 5'4" and I am 60 so yes your body shape does change (especially after having babies no matter how much you work out) hence I put my age. I do not need to alter it. I usually do not like long dresses on me due to my wide hips and narrow shoulders, but this one I might keep the length. It flows nicely at the bottom of the dress. I don't think you will be disappointed if you get it.

Beautiful
dress fits perfectly. I was worried that I should order a small since I normally fit a size 6. The medium fits perfectly, length is below my ankles. Very feminine and pretty. If you are taller, the length might be shorter and above ankles. I think this dress fits shorten women very nicely, with no hemming needed
