Great fabric and color

Overall nice dress, I'm 125lb, 28" waist and C cup. Dress fit just fine on hips but top of dress was too long, it sagged, straps were too long and entire bust area was for a DD cup, I was floating in it. Returning for a smaller size but not holding my breath.
