this is backwards
I got this and the way the buckle lays you would only be able to wear it one way which is from your left shoulder down to your right hip. I always do belt bags and have never worn it this way so I had to return.

Other reviews are saying how it's backwards, but it seems correct to me!! Looks like the video is actually shot incorrectly because the zip pocket should be on the inside, not on the outside (video is the other way!). Once you correctly place it on your body the hardware/buckle detail lays perfectly! No weird bulks! LOVE!! Will keep

Defective placement of belt strap
Oops! Looks like the manufacturer made a giant boo boo stitching the belt onto this bag. For the strap to lay correctly and flat, you are forced to wear the bag backwards. What I mean is the back of the bag faces the front that other people can see; but the side of the bag with the zipped opening and little side pocket is facing your chest. This means you can't get anything out of your bag unless you take the bag completely off. Hmmm...that defeats the entire purpose of a sling. I looked at several photos of models wearing the Petra and looks like this defect is widespread. It's really cute and I like how it lays flat against my body, but I'm probably going to return at this price point.

backward?
I believe that the hardware on the strap is supposed to show and the extra strap hanging down low across the top of the bag. Which would make the magnetic part towards your body. This makes it really inconvenient to get into your belongings. But the other way, the hardware is hidden against your body which is uncomfortable and the belt is difficult to tighten or loosen, and the extra strap hangings in a very awkward space. Darn! It’s super soft though
