Maxwell Metallic Loafer (Women)

I think this shoe is gorgeous! I got my size, I think half size up would’ve been better for me. But if I’m able to wear my size and it stretches and molds to my foot… then a half size up will be too big. But first time putting one shoe on and my foot hurts, not even walking. The strap over the top of the foot is cute, but makes it feel even tighter. I don’t know what to do!

I ordered these shoes on clearance, and they arrived damaged and showed signs of wear. If the Rack is Nordstrom's way of selling returned merchandise, I suggest they do so with transparency, like REI's garage sale, so the buyers are aware. I've been a loyal customer for many years, and this is the first time something like this has happened. I cannot return these because of the final sale price. That aside, the shoes run large, but they are beautiful, slightly clunky, and stiff
