Marianna Ponte Pants

These pants are great. I love the weight. I love the color. And the overall fit and length are perfect. I am giving a three stars because the inside button was missing and the bottom of the pants looked like somebody had dragged them across the storeroom floor. They were covered in dirt. It was the last pair in that size so I am going to try to fix the defects. But Nordstrom please take care in what you send to your customers.

I really wanted to love these pants, but what I received was in terrible condition. The fabric is covered with lint and pilling, and there are visible dirty stains in multiple areas. The hems look like they were dragged across the floor — absolutely not what you expect from a “new” item. This is especially frustrating because the pants were marked as final sale, which means I’m now stuck with what appears to be worn and dirty clothing. For a final sale price of $93.72, this feels like a complete ripoff. Extremely disappointing experience and unacceptable quality control for a retailer like Nordstrom.
