received pants that looked used rolled into a ball
I’m tired of ordering from Nordstrom rack and receiving disgusting products that are sent from a store. They obviously do not check the product out when it’s returned and I’m sick of dealing with with with this. Now I have to return these. I wish there was an option to click to not receive something from an actual store that I can’t see
