you guys shipped the wrong item
Instead of the Radley bag I was charged for, I received a madewell tote. Same color but not worth it. I am waiting for a manager to call me me back if she can locate the actual bag. Website says it’s sold out. My first time being truly disappointed in the Rack. Will be sure to ship to store and open packaging in front of a cashier going forward
