Broke after 5 wears

The shoe is comfortable and cute but the execution of making the shoe is horrible. The sides holding the strap on the platform are basically push pins. After 5 wears they broke, broke while I am out and about- yes, they were very affordable but, I have always got great quality from items here even if at an affordable price. I knew they would not last forever but thought they would at least last the summer season? Nordstrom Rack customer service was helpful and took care of things so 5 stars to them. This is why I continue to shop Nordstrom as they support their customers and I feel they want us to be happy and enjoy our purchases.
