Where is my review for the neck, eye or aromatherapy Bluetooth device? I find it funny I’m on here on a different device and it is no where to be found. The response and my email response from any of the two people are no longer in my inbox. It was never delivered as promised and these were the only items I specifically asked my family for because it was a dire need for them for health related issues and for me to have waited for nothing really bothers me because I truly believe these items are great but for some strange reason none of them would connect to any of the devices I tried to connect them to. I tried Androids, IPhones, Tablets and computers and none of them would work in fact none of the names of the devices would even show up under the Bluetooth device names. I contacted the company for trouble shooting and nothing worked. After waiting for my replacements for far too long I could not get in contact with anyone in this company and that is not a good look and I don’t believe it is by chance at this point just by coming on here and finding these reviews that mine has magically disappeared from.
