Not impressed!

Bought this about 2 years ago, used maybe 4 times and stopped working. Tried everything to try to fix it but nothing worked. Going in the trash tonight. :(

Pure enrichment garment steamer

We bought the steamer worked pretty good for period of time but then underneath that has a thermal sensor that goes out. It’s due to corrosion and water getting in there. I changed out the Thermal couple once over the second time I went to do it. The corrosion was so bad I couldn’t get the Phillips head screws to turn it ate away the Phillips head screws.

Disappointed

This is the second time I have problems with this same product. It was great while working, but after 5 or 6 months of use, it stopped working. I tried cleaning the parts, removing build up, but still doesn't steam.

Used this steamer maybe 3x and it stopped working. Disappointed that it didn't last, I should have read these reviews before purchasing it. I tried using it today and it won’t steam.
