Felt unvalued

The shoes fit nice on my daughter. However they arrived in another brands box that didn't have a top and the shoes appeared to have been worn and returned. It made me feel as if my purchase didn't matter and considering it was from Nordstrom versus Puma. I should have purchased from Puma. Feeling valued as a customer is just as important as the brand.
