Not as comfortable as they look

Shoes seem to have very wide footbed at first impression,z. Tried the on, felt comfortable, roomy and not too plushy. When I tried the on for the whole day, my toes began to hurt. I sit most of the daily, just want to stand up and start to work, I notice the pain around midday. AI said it was because the structure of the shoes that cause the pain despite the roomy look. Will see if I can break them after few more days.

These sneakers are very nice, the sole is super comfortable but they are very narrow and hurt the width of the foot, the material does not stretch.
