Jade may help aid in reducing irritation while improving skin elasticity.
How to use: Begin by rinsing your face with warm water, then gently rub in your cleanser. Wet Clean under water and power on the device. PMD recommends modes 1 and 2 for optimum cleansing result. Move the brush head in circular motions, cleansing your entire face. It's safe to spend more time in areas that may be of personal concern. Rinse your face and pat dry. It's gentle enough for daily use.

We are sorry you have difficulties powering on the PMD Clean. Typically this can be resolved by inserting the battery with the positive going up toward the head of the Clean, then putting the cap back on, tightening it, and then tightening it more (this is so the battery will be sure to reach the touchpoint for power) and finally, power it on with a quick click of the power button. Do not hold the power button down or it will not power.

Wanted to like it
So, I had high hopes based on the reviews of this brush. I was hesitant to use silicone bristles vs regular bristles from other facial brushes. My experience is that this is ok, but honestly to not feel like it exfoliates or cleans my skin that great. I press kinda hard and go over and over my skin. I prefer my old MIA brush. I felt like my skin got truly clean. But unfortunately MIA no longer makes the brush 😕
I havent tried the other side to put the serum on but it doesnt seem like it will work better than just using your fingers. So disappointed to spend this much money on a brush thats not really feeling like it cleans well. It would be nice if they offered a bristles brush replacement product.

Worked good but then it broke
I bough this in 2021, I used it on and off for the first few years. I was lazy!! BUT I got serious about my face so I started to use it daily in 2024 religiously! It felt good and I did notice less breakouts and cleaner skin. The bad part was the stem part, broke! It’s broken inside the stem area so it no longer will hold the pressure normally on my face when using it so I have been holding the head piece and using it this way. I don’t think it’s working as well so know I’m back to hand washing sadly. I think for the price, I’m going to look into purchasing a Foreo one. I’m disappointed this one broke so fast when I barely used it then once I did it didn’t last long.

I enjoy my pmd body so much and realized it is not suitable for my cleansing my face. So, this sale that popped up one day for this compelled me to get it. I am pleased with it. I used to have a smaller thing like it by Olay and I gave it away for this better one.

Not worth the money.
The silicone brush does not create any lather. I might as well be using my hands. Something to build up a lather and deep wash was the reason behind buying this product.
