Button Front Utility Blouse

I bought this shirt in the dark green and maroon and am about to order it in black and the white patterned style too. I’m 5’2”, 130lbs, 34B, and ordered an XS. It is slightly baggy but does not create bulk because the fabric and cut drapes beautifully. I could probably get away with an XXS if I wanted because there’s room in the underarms and the sleeves are a tad bit long but I am petite so that’s to be expected from non petite clothing. I personally don’t like things to be skin tight so this is perfect for me. I usually wear it tucked into shirts or pants, but since the material is lightweight, it can be worn in a variety of ways (tied in the front, buttoned asymmetrically, etc). Sleeves can be unbuttoned and rolled up, and you can also leave 2 buttons open in the front for a more casual look yet not have excess cleavage showing. The worst is when a shirt’s button is either too high or too low to be open, but not with this shirt! Keep in mind the collar is not very “stiff” but as a result the shirt looks great slightly unbuttoned. I don’t feel warm wearing this shirt either despite it being 100% polyester, and it didn’t wrinkle or become deformed after I accidentally machine washed it on cold (tag says to hand wash). Overall, it is a very versatile piece and a basic staple for any wardrobe. I only wish they had this in plain white!
