Perfect for Tall Ladies

Not a midi skirt - bummer
First of all, this will be a midi on someone who is 5'9" or taller, but I'm 5'3". Second - the material is 100% cotton which will shrink when washed and will then fit smaller, with no elastane, it won't stretch. On the plus side, the material is good weight, not heavy, cut is straight. If this had stretch, would have kept it.
