Beaded Mesh Gown

MOB dress shopping has become the most stressful part of wedding planning but this dress is very forgiving, slimming column gown! After feeling stuffed into so many other styles it was lovely to have something hang beautifully and not draw attention to my chest or waist! I am thrilled a regular bra can be worn under this dress as so many designers complicate what kind of bra can be worn with off shoulder styles, mesh / see through shoulder areas etc… after about 7 online shipments of dresses for my daughters upcoming wedding and my body image in the gutter, I have finally found something I feel confident in! Sizing does run large so I actually had to reorder one size smaller than originally purchased to get the correct size! Would have loved more color options

So, my son's wedding was 8/27/22. I placed my first order on 7/21, last order the Monday before the wedding. A total of 10 dresses. I had decided on two, and my final decision was this beautiful dress - not sure why it says size 10 in my review, but I ended up with the 8. Received many complements. The dress was too long for me - I'm 5'3" - so I ordered several different pairs of shoes to try. Ended up with the Steve Madden Lessa Rhinestone sandal (very comfy and sweet!), which had a 4 1/2" heel and it was perfect for the dress not to be hemmed. It's a lovely dress, very comfortable, I loved it! However, for the price I paid, I would expect better quality of workmanship. The beading was constantly falling off! I mean, you could literally hear them hitting the floor!! At the bottom, there was thread between each end of row of beading, it was like it wasn't even knotted at all to end a row. I lost an entire row in the front, and throughout the night in all different spots, threads would be hanging everywhere, every time I went to sit in my seat, there was more beading left behind!! Very poor beading quality. It would be nice to be able to return it to at least get a discount back on it.
