Serena Studded Leather Kiss-Lock Satchel

Absolutely horrible experience trying to purchase this bag. I ordered it. It took forever to get here and when it arrived, it was the wrong color. I contacted Customer Service and was told that this Bag is supplied through a vendor and long story short after much back-and-forth and the vendor never responding to Nordstrom‘s customer service representatives about the mistake in the order. Nordstrom‘s ended up refunding my money. Buyers need to be aware when items are not supplied directly through Nordstrom‘s and come through a vendor and this particular vendor is absolutely horrible.
