Croc Embossed Tote Bag

I don't know where to begin: with the poor quality of the construction, the obviously fake "leather", or Nordstrom's inaccurate item description. This handbag suffers from poor construction overall, from the uneven stitching to the wobbly seams to the cheap, dented up hardware and even cheaper lining. It's also almost impossible to close and latch once open. I wonder where they raise those hybrid cows that have genuine plastic skin (as opposed to genuine leather as per Nordstrom's own item description)? That brings me to the final point: loss of the trust that I used to have with the Nordstrom organization. If they're capable of misleading their customers concerning this item, then what else? I've been a Nordstrom (card) customer for years but am now considering closing the account. If you're going to compromise your standards by selling third rate merchandise like this, don't mislead your customers about it.
