Platinum and Metallic Gold Different Color
I specifically wanted the Platinum color. Delivered was the Metallic Gold instead. Contacted Nordstrom Rack Customer service online even sent pictures. Also contacted Nordstrom Rack Customer Care by phone regarding item color was not Platinum. I already have the Metallic Gold, Hunter Green & Fuschia color… I had to return in store to get refund. Customer Care by phone nor online was unable to assist in anyway to rectify situation as they cannot see what is in stock. Unable to send messages to specific store that they look up who fulfills the orders. As I learned from a store associate that this brand not sold at none of the Nordstrom Rack stores in California at all.
