How to use: Saturate a cotton pad and smooth over your face, starting with the eye area to remove mascara and eye makeup then continuing onto the rest of the face and neck.

Clean and Fresh!
This is the Best! Never used a no water cleanser that felt clean until now. This feels clean and refreshing and my skin looks glowing. Always hear these things from other products but this IS the real thing. I use Daily!
