Jacket no pants
I purchased this tuxedo for my husband. Box arrived with a jacket and no pants. The jacket fit perfectly to size. On top of that the security device was left on the jacket. Customer service nice but sorry. Useless. They told me they had to review the issue. Extremely disappointed. I ordered another tuxedo and it arrived on a hanger in a nice size box. Fit perfectly but guess what the security tag was left on this jacket as well. This is a major inconvenience. Have to go back to the store multiple times. Very disappointed. What happened to good service. Not sure.
