Both heels broke off after one use
I wore these heels for the first time today and I literally sat at a restaurant for four hours. I just got home and both heels are completely shredded. Both heels fell off and the entire heel looks like a dog ate it! This is beyond disappointing and ridiculous! I walked from the Uber into the restaurant and then back into the Uber and somehow both heels fell off?! Returning these ASAP!
