Pelia Fringe Knee High Boot (Women)

I ordered these cuz they were on sale and obviously cute but I didn’t have high hopes because there isn’t a zipper and I have wide calves. They literally just got delivered and I immediately tried them on and wow so cute. I saw a video on TikTok that said put a plastic bag over your foot to slide them on easier. Let me just say that I took the boots out of that protective plastic, put that plastic on my feet and slid the boot right on. Never have I done that it my life and it made the boot so easy to take on and off. I’ve had them on for 30 minutes and it feels fine. I don’t think they are actually wide calf tho because they aren’t very loose. Anyways they feel good and if you’re worried about not being able to get them on or off without a zipper. Try the plastic bag thing, works wonders!

The first time I saw these boots I fell in love and had to have them. I purchased them. The picture does this boot no justice. The boot felt good and looked even better in person. I attempted to try them on. It hurt my feelings because it had no zipper. Due to my medical conditions it made it hard to pull on. I was crushed. When it comes to Vince Camuto boots I can personally say this is my first disappointment. It hurt so bad to give up that black boot.

I purchased these Vince Camuto boots from Nordstrom Rack—one pair in size 7.5 for myself and another in 8.5 for my friend. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst boot designs I’ve ever encountered. Despite being advertised as wide calf, neither of us could get our foot or leg into the boots properly. There is no zipper, no stretch, no flexibility at all. We both tried, and it was nearly impossible. The only way I could wear them was by putting on the 8.5, which is a full size larger than my actual size, and even then it barely fit and was extremely uncomfortable. The 7.5 was completely unwearable. This is clearly a design flaw, not a sizing issue. After my experience, I went back and read the reviews—and many other customers are reporting the exact same problem. I really wish I had read them before purchasing. Very disappointing. These boots do not function as intended and should not be marketed as wide calf.
