Superb Bootie (Women)

So I bought the boot because of the lovely style and I really wanted something for all weather and previous Paul Green shoes have been so comfy- Well my usual size of 8.5 was a little large in the length and baggy in the ankle- so I ordered the 8 and they were even larger- is this a men's boot ! I guess should have ordered the 9 for a smaller fit . lol ! I'm so confused.

I have moved to wearing Paul Green shoes almost exclusively*. I purchased the black leather version in this and like its loafer look and comfortable sole. Note, the horsebit is gunmetal and, while the feel is a little smaller than a PG boot I got last year, it is TTS IMO. I'm calling both the shaft and toe box slightly narrow (though the suede shaft looks wider in the pics), but I anticipate the leather will give after I wear them a few times. Paul Green develops comfortable, supportive, and 'state-of-the-art technology' (per their website) soles. Yes, I try to get them on sale, but the value is there even at full price. *(I have several pairs of Birkenstock shoes as well, one everyday Blundstone, and a Stuart Weitzman boot.)

Comfortable PG boots. As always, I tried several brown ones before I found this keeper. The seams on top makes it a classic loafer style but the 5” shaft makes it look more modern. I got it in the dark brown suede which is a neutral shade that I can wear with trousers, cut off shredded jeans, skirts as well as dresses. The toe box can be slightly snug for wider feet but comfortable for medium to narrow feet. Also, since the boots are suede, it will stretch a little with wear. I also like the lug sole that makes it combat like and the hardware on top and the buckle is a burnished brassy color that makes it look classy yet blends in with the dark brown suede beautifully. Paul Green has always been my go to brand and this one does not disappoint either. A good buy.
