Not the Paul Green I Know!
I have a very similar style with the same sole purchased about 2 years ago and the difference is night and day. First of all, the insole and edge detail is much cheaper looking…not sure what that material is. It runs very large and the velcro strap is not very adjustable at all. There was no way to secure the shoes to my feet. Paul Green quality seems to be slipping.

Cute but chunky
I usually wear an 8.5 but got these in an 8 and maybe could even go down to a 7.5. Very comfortable but ultimately too wide and chunky for me to keep based on the price point. Would not recommend for narrow feet. Also wish it was more adjustable with a buckle rather than velcro

Cute but big
These are super cute but way too big. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 US and am going to have to exchange the 8.5 for an 8. I hope they fit better because I love the shoe!
