hips 40.5. M fits close to S (which is ok)
It's like leggings. (Material is ticker would say it's a good quality leggings ) It doesn't worth price. ( they aren't pants) ankle length for 5.5'. 133 lb I wear S in skirts, M in leggings. Overall fit was ok for me. But returned.

More like leggings than ankle pants
Agree with the other review that these are thick high quality leggings rather than ankle pants. Not what I expected but I ended up liking them styled with a satin button-down and pointed toe kitten heels. Seemed true to size.
