Stylish Summer Topper

I ordered this to add a little flair to my summer wardrobe. However, with my 5'1" frame the flared and dramatic elongated back had too much fullness to be complimentary on me. It would be a fabulous and "designerly" cotton summer topper for a slim person with more height than I have.
