Fulfilled Incorrectly
I ordered the black sweater, but received the grey sweater. Unfortunately, the black is now no longer available. The fulfillment team should pay more attention to the the order details. If the black was not available at the time my order was to be shipped, this item should have been refunded instead of a different color (different from the color ordered) sent. Sending other than what was ordered undermines confidence in online ordering.

I received a grey sweater from a completely different brand “All Saints” with a Nordstrom sticker on it. I ordered this black Patrizia Luca top. Going through the process to hopefully receive a refund, but so far nothing.
