Logo Collar Graphic Cotton T-Shirt

I been waiting for this shirt for my son for long time I buy a XXL what I get XXS I called Customer Service. Aside from being extremely aggressive, they told me they practically had nothing to do with the situation—essentially, you place an order, and they just send whatever they feel like sending. I tried to speak with the manager, and the only thing he did was hang up on me. I will never shop at this store again; they are definitely unprofessional. They send whatever they want, not what the customer actually purchased. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst stores and offers some of the worst customer service imaginable. Now my son is left without his birthday gift, all because someone couldn't be bothered to do their job—just like the managers.
