Nordstrom Quality Control
Ordered Serena but received Morgan. Of course they are out now but I wonder how many others received the wrong item? This is the second time Nordstrom sent me something other than what I ordered. I know they are perfectly capable of canceling orders when they oversell so please be professional & quit trying to slide something else along.

The material is soft and smooth, legs are not overly huge, but perfectly balanced. Went get one for my daughter, unfortunately they are sold out, grrrr.

love the waist and fabric
These jeans could have been perfect. The color is great, the fabric is great and the waist is the perfect height. But the legs are not straight, looks like they are slightly tapered at the hem. I really don’t like that. Because they are relaxed fit the narrow hem makes it look off.
